Meercat Associates are celebrating their first year of trading!

As part of our celebration we are pleased to announce that we will be sponsoring ‘Tinker’, a Meercat, for another year.  ‘We are really pleased to be able to sponsor Tinker again this year,’ said founder and managing director Andrew Childers.

Meercats (Suricata suricatta) are mammals, a member of the mongoose family and live in groups called a ‘mob’, ‘gang’ or ‘clan’ which can be up to 20 meercats.  Meercats have a lifespan of 12 to 14 years.  They are little chaps (and chapesses) weighing less than a kilo and live on insects plus pretty much anything else they can lay their paws on.
